with Ronnie Pulley

It's time for the rhythm!
Monday nights
6:30pm- 7:45pm Beginner/Intermediate,
8:00 -9:30pm, Advanced

Classes are at 408 Lochside Dr in Cary on Monday nights. All levels welcome. The fee is $100 for 6 weeks. To register, please send an email to Ronnie.

The Class:
Learn new skills and sharpen existing skills by learning drumming techniques, rudiments, and cool West African rhythms. By the end of this training you will be proficient at playing the 3 basic sounds, Bass, Tone, and Slap; and you will also learn how to practice and play traditional African Rhythms. This class will help you to feel confident and comfortable playing in a drum circle and in other classes. And most importantly, you will meet new friends and have fun learning a new skill together.

with Mike Long

I thoroughly enjoy teaching and helping folks with their specific goals along their rhythmic journey.

My business, Homestead Drumming, is dedicated to educating students on West African rhythms by providing individual and group lessons and workshops and encouraging community involvement.

In addition to individual lessons, I offer a weekly class series on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:15pm. The class series typically runs for six weeks. The Tuesday evening class series is a beginner/intermediate level class geared towards having fun, learning some techniques, and some rhythms on the Djembe and Dunun. No experience is required and some loaner Djembes are available (please inquire)!

Contact me at HomesteadDrumming@gmail.com or (919) 889-5159 for more information and to register. There is a fee of $15 per class and registration is required.
